Hi, I’m John. I’m currently the Digital Marketing professional for Oil Tech Distributors. I previously led a career in Finance for over 15+ years. One of my  primary activities as a Financial Planner was to market myself via traditional and digital methods while prospecting for new clients, then engage clients with varying financial planning strategies and CRM tools to retain them for the long term. I have always have a keen interest in the Digital Marketing & E-commerce landscape and I am excited to apply my creativity and communication skills to the field I am most passionate about: Digital Marketing. 

 

In my current role, I create and manage the company website and all marketing projects across several marketing channels, with a focus on social media marketing and Google ads. I am a strong communicator and a creative problem-solver. I utilized these skills recently when I helped launch Oil Tech Distributors new website and achieving an online performance score of 95%  from 68% over a 2 week period. Because I am eager to learn and develop new skills, I completed the Google Career Certificate in Digital Marketing and E-commerce in May 2023

 

I am inspired by creating marketing campaigns and analyzing the data to ensure marketing strategies have the impact that resonates with target audiences while delivering measurable business results.
